Our client, a renowned software solutions provider in KSA is looking for a Software Solutions Account Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Developing Company and Product ‘Brand Awareness’ and market education for the ecosystem parties
- Building, maintaining and developing strong, long-lasting customer relationships for new accounts
- Identifying and engaging with decision-makers within the client organization and closing deals
- Selling the company’s products and solutions to a number of key accounts by maintaining or exceeding a minimum amount of sales
- Meeting and/ or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Developing key penetration strategies and action plans
- Conducting product presentations to existing and new accounts, and identifying clients’ requirements
- Liaising between customers and internal teams (Project Management, Pre-Sales, Services …) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company’s solutions according to customers’ needs (where applicable, specifically in projects)
- Planning and attending regular update meetings with new accounts, and seeking upselling of new & upgraded products and solutions
- Managing and developing relationships with key salespeople and business executives
- Executing sales strategies as communicated by management and ensuring strong customer satisfaction
- Preparing sales reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Assisting in forecasting business and market needs
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and reporting them to management
- Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs while coordinating with relative departments
- Collaborating with Accounting, and Logistics teams for the PO issuance (where applicable)
- Acting as the primary contact for payment collection
- Delivering proposals, following up on their signature and sharing the signed copy with the finance department
- Gathering and reporting intelligence information on competition and beneficial field information
- Creating and updating the customer database on the company’s CRM
- Creating and updating client visits, opportunities, calls, activities on the company’s CRM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or any related field
- 7 years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in software solutions is a must, preferably sold to the banking sector or government
- Experience in the Saudi market is a must
- Hands-on experience in Excel, Microsoft Office, CRM Tools
- Proficient in English & Arabic language (both spoken and written)
- Good selling skills, negotiation skills, door opener, hunter, closer
- KSA iqama is a plus
Work Schedule:
- 5 days per week
- From 8am till 5pm
