Job Description

We are in search of a highly motivated and creative intern or Part-Time On-Site Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Specialist at Business Lobby, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our audience across various social media platforms with creative content for both job seekers and recruiting companies. Your responsibilities will also include engaging in the social media strategy and generating innovative content ideas.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.

– Develop high-quality written and visual content for our website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

– Manage and maintain our social media profiles, create content calendars, and engage with our community to increase our online presence.

– Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automation sequences to nurture leads and customers.

– Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.

– Managing a high volume of daily social media posts and being active daily.

– Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.

– Implement SEO best practices to improve our website’s search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

– Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to identify areas for improvement.

– Work closely with the team to align content strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

– Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.

– Ensure that all digital marketing efforts comply with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media or a related field.

– Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and AdWords is a big plus.

– Proven experience in content creation with a creative mindset and the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas.

– Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems (e.g. WordPress).

– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.

– Creative thinking and adaptability to changing digital trends.

– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

– Self-motivated and able to work independently.

– Graphic design and video editing skills.
