Job Description

A high end pastry shop, located in the Dbayeh area, is recruiting a Luxury Sales Representative:

Position Summary: 

The Sales person should provide a friendly service and be responsive to all customers’ requests. She/he is responsible to sell and upsell products while ensuring a quality service and ensuring products are displayed in an appealing manner at all times.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Cashing up and completing paper work at the start and end of shift.
  • Assisting customers in the selection and purchase of items.
  • Ensuring that the shop counter is always manned.
  • Following policies & procedures relating to cash & stock handling.
  • Checking the inventory listing with actual stock on the shop shelves and reporting to the manager.
  • Keeping merchandise orderly and neat in appearance.
  • Handling customer’s complaints in a professional way.
  • Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy at all times.
  • Setting up promotional displays.
  • Highlighting special promotions to customers.
  • Restocking the sales areas.

 

Requirements:

  •  Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retail attendant.
  • Minimum of a high school degree; BA in Hospitality, Management or Marketing is a plus.
  •  Able to work while standing for several hours.
  •  Able to work for varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  •  Excellent customer service and strong social and communication skills.
  •  High commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
  •  Team player.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Able to cope well under pressure.
  • Presentable, friendly, professional, positive, enthusiastic and patient.
  • Knowledgeable in selling and upselling techniques.
  • Good command of English, French and Arabic (both oral and written).

 

Schedule :

6 days per week
From 1:00 PM till 9:00 PM

 

Salary : 

Between  LBP 12,000,000 and LBP 15,000,000 + Transportation ( as per the Lebanese Law) + Bonuses and commission.

 

Location :

Dbayeh area.
