Our client a leading provider of innovative Healthcare and Hospitality solutions, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager:
Responsibilities:
– Drive the sales and profitability of the Furniture division, by setting a comprehensive sales strategy with clear milestones and deliverables
– Lead key negotiations with project owners, contractors, consultants, and vendors to find solutions for complex and high-stakes problems on a daily basis
– Instill and develop the right culture within the team members, and ensure the KPIs and incentives motivate team’s interests towards achieving company goals
– Oversee department’s headcount and ensure all members are productive and are high-value contributors to the department at all times
– Identify major business development opportunities as far as Vendor Sourcing and New Client Acquisition are concerned
– Develop and roll-out customer acquisition and retention strategy
– Manage relationship with most critical customers and ensure sales staff are effective ambassadors for the company and its products
– Report directly to the Managing Director with regular meetings and strategy discussions, as well as monthly sales reports and action plans.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• 10+ years of experience in Hospitality and Contract Furniture Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent English & Arabic
• Computer skills : Proficient (ERP – SAP; Oracle; etc., MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
Work schedule:
Sunday – Thursday ( 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM )
Saturday ( twice per month ) ( 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM )

USD 4,500 – 6,500 + Social Security (GOSI) + Medical Insurance + Bonuses + Yearly Vacation ( 30 days paid) + Round trip ticket
