A well known bakery produce and distribute products for food services, retails and bakers using artisan techniques, as well as standards of taste and quality. Currently looking to hire a Retail supervisor that fits the below:
Responsibilities:
- Retail store supervisor is responsible for the daily running of stores.
- Managing retail staff, such as floor workers, assess and set KPI’s
- Meeting financial goals by preparing budgets, setting prices, and controlling expenditures
- Ensuring correct pricing and attractive store display
- Overseeing inventory management and ordering new supplies when needed
- Train employees
- Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
- Analyze financial statements in order to enhance profit making opportunities
- Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards
- Record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
- Make sure that health and safety measures are met
- Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
Requirments:
2 – 5 years of experience
