Job Description

Pharmaceutical company based in Lebanon is looking to hire a Quality assurance Director:

Job Description:

1. To oversee all activities related to quality assurance in the organization. This includes developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and ensuring that all procedures meet company and CGMP standards and ISO standards when applicable.
2. To ensure compliance with CGMP regulations and other applicable quality standards. This includes staying updated with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
3. Responsible for ensuring the quality of the product through various stages of production, from raw materials to the finished product. This includes approving or rejecting drug batches based on quality control checks.
4. To identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, develop and implement corrective action plans, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
5. To oversee training and development programs to ensure that all employees are trained in CGMP and other relevant quality assurance procedures.
6. To ensure that all necessary documents related to quality assurance are complete and up to date. This includes but is not limited to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), quality reports, validation reports, and regulatory submissions.
7. To communicate with Regulatory Bodies.
8. To drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization and promote a culture of quality.

Requirement:

Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years

Personality: Attention to Details, Analytical Skills, Leadership, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Strategic Thinking, Patience and Persistence, Integrity, Adaptability, Decision-Making Skills

Computer Skills: Internet navigation, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Location: Mansourieh

Work schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 – 17:00)

Salary: Negotiable
