Our client, one of the distinguished higher education institutions in Baghdad is recruiting a Personal Assistant to CEO:
Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Organizing events and conferences
- Providing higher management with annual and long-term budgets
- Planning, coordinating and ensuring the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected
- Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the President’s office and internal departments demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 1 to 2 years’ experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent Organizational and Leadership abilities
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Excellent English
