Job Description

Our client, a leading company in the Furniture, Kitchens/Wardrobes and Home Accessories is recruiting a Interior Sales Designer :


• Increase business activity by prospecting for new business opportunities across domestic and international markets;
• Develop strong working relationships with the customers, ensure client renewal, and develop new opportunities in order to grow the account, in addition to generating revenue;
• Work closely with the customers in identifying their needs and specifications;
• Manage and maintain strong relationship with all designers / architects and suppliers by ensuring that the business in trade sector is operated within brand-specific requirements and standards;
• Ensure targets are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved via regular prospecting, customer contact and relationship management;
• Prepare quotations and ensure proper follow up with clients;
• Visit professionals to present the brands and products on regular basis.


• Experience in high end kitchen brands sales with preferably a design background and potential to manage teams;
• At least 5 years in high end sales (does not need to be already in UAE);
• Worked with high end furniture brand such as Minotti, Flexform , Poliform, Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Giorgetti, Molteni, Fendi, Baxter, B&B Italia, Henge, Kettal, Rimadesio, Holly Hunt, etc.;
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, etc.;
• Proficiency in Software for design and estimation such as Photoshop and AutoCAD;
• Has the technical knowhow for furniture from sales, design to solving issues on sites with our teams of installations and local contractors;
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills;
• Russian is a plus;
• Arabic is a plus;
• Ability to travel;
• Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills;
• Self-motivated, energetic, and highly strategic;
• Problem-solving and analytical ability;
• Competitive and results driven attitude;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Presentable;
• Attention to detail;
• Strong sales-management skills and excellent communication skills;
• Ability to develop an in-depth knowledge of the product and market.
