Job Description

An International Lighting Company headquartered in USA with offices in Cyprus, KSA and Lebanon is hiring a Lighting Customer Support Architect to join their team in Roumieh-Lebanon

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Create 2D technical shop drawings based on project specifications provided by the salesperson and the team.
    • Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
    • Drafting plans, elevations, sections, and details for construction or manufacturing projects.
    • Ensuring drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements.
    • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and team members to incorporate design changes or modifications.
    • Provide product and project labels to the production team and vendors.
    • Contact vendors for technical inquiries.
    • Validate the quotations with the line manager before sharing them with the salesperson.
    • Maintain organized files and documentation of drawings, revisions and quotations issued along with the project name.
    • Update the sales pipeline according to each project’s status.
    • Track project status to make sure it is released in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Address client needs by providing essential documentation: including offers, proforma invoices, datasheets, installation manuals, IES files, and pertinent order updates via email correspondence and meetings.
    • Generate lighting calculations, lighting design, bill of quantities datasheets and technical support for required projects.



– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture

– 2 to 3 years of experience

– Outstanding communications skills, and fluent in business emails

– Fluency in both English and Arabic Languages. French is a Plus

– AutoCAD & Dialux experience is a must

Monday to Friday
From 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM
