Our client, a leading Manufacturing Company, located in Mazraet Yashouh, is recruiting an HR Coordinator:
Responsibilities:
- Check leave request forms on a daily basis and insert to system accordingly
- Control and find differences between real attendance and documented attendance
- Listen and handle employee’s concerns, objections, and complaints
- Read and analyze in advance forms and take decisions accordingly
- Handle data entry for salary advances and deduction on the system
- Insert payroll data
- Calculate payroll attendance including and not limited to real attendance, overtime, deductions, advances
- Read and handle emails and take corrective action accordingly
- Read CVs, scan, filter, and call potentials for interviews
- Interview potential candidates and filter accordingly to submit remaining to the upper management
- Meet different suppliers and filter them according to the needs
- Collect all employee’s papers and file them accordingly
- Perform employee evaluation on a given criteria
- Control, update and implement internal rules and regulations
- Prepare job descriptions and offers
- Handle employee induction
- Handle exit interviews and advise accordingly to concerned department
- Collect and study offers from 3rd parties related to HR ( job fairs- events-websites-ads-trainings)
- Ensure employee’s satisfaction and welfare
- Ensure compliance with governmental laws and regulations
- Train employees
Requirements:
- Metn Resident
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources/Business Administration/ Management or Equivalent working experience (2 to 3 years)
