A reputable Lebanese Cuisine restaurant located in Batroun is looking for a
Head Chef.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Kitchen Management
: Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness.
Staff Leadership
: Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff.
Inventory Control
: Monitor inventory, manage costs, and order supplies.
Quality Assurance
: Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
Customer Interaction
: Engage with guests for feedback and satisfaction.
Budgeting
: Manage kitchen budget and control expenses.
Safety Compliance
: Enforce health and safety regulations
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts or a related field.
