Job Description

International Telecommunication company seeking a highly motivated and talented General Manager (GM) to join their dynamic team.

He will be responsible for the strategic leadership and overall management. Drive the company’s growth, profitability, and market leadership while ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the telecom company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement effective processes and policies to drive productivity.
2. Customer Experience:
• Focus on enhancing the customer experience through innovative solutions and service improvements.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
3. Financial Performance:
• Manage the company’s financial resources, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Work to optimize financial performance and profitability.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all telecom industry regulations and government requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and authorities.
5. Strategic Planning:
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic vision and business plans.
• Identify growth opportunities and assist in the formulation of strategies to capture new markets.
6. Technology and Innovation:
• Stay updated on emerging telecom technologies and industry trends.
• Drive innovation initiatives to keep the company competitive.

 

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of executive leadership experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a forward-looking, innovative mindset.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
