A small Boutique Hotel located in Juba, South Sudan, is looking for a Front Office Manager with the following:
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in hospitality management with minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Very well speaking and writing in both English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Reservations management.
- Enhanced communication and engagement with clients.
- Suggestive or upsetting for hotel services (pickup, car rental etc.).
- Team player with patience and will to train and develop local staff.
- Scheduling.
- Follow application of procedures and SOP during calls, face-to-face communication or emails with clients.
- Work under pressure.
- Solution oriented + immediate action taking in emergencies.
- Establish proper communication with other departments (Finance, F&B, etc.).
- Ensure rooms are inspected and cleaned up to standard.
- Reports maintenance issues immediately and follow up on room’s maintenance status.
