Job Description

A small Boutique Hotel located in Juba, South Sudan, is looking for a Front Office Manager with the following:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in hospitality management with minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Very well speaking and writing in both English and Arabic (French is a plus).
  • Reservations management.
  • Enhanced communication and engagement with clients.
  • Suggestive or upsetting for hotel services (pickup, car rental etc.).
  • Team player with patience and will to train and develop local staff.
  • Scheduling.
  • Follow application of procedures and SOP during calls, face-to-face communication or emails with clients.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Solution oriented + immediate action taking in emergencies.
  • Establish proper communication with other departments (Finance, F&B, etc.).
  • Ensure rooms are inspected and cleaned up to standard.
  • Reports maintenance issues immediately and follow up on room’s maintenance status.
