Our client, a food chain restaurant located in Sin El Fil is looking for an Architect:
Responsibilities:
-Follow up for Maintenance requests from restaurants, and ensure its completion within the agreed deadline
-Coordinate with Maintenance department for a smooth synchronization of requests
-Follow up on contractors, to complete on time and as per the agreed budget
-Basic Knowledge in design and drawings
-Acknowledgement for the system standards and abide by it
-Monthly Maintenance reports to update the management about the work status
– Lead the Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Contractors.
– Follow up on contractors & teams performance.
– Review and check project reports.
– Report monthly and periodically on all related subjects.
– Communicate with the Management the Project Progress and areas of concerns.
– Prepare and oversee the project budgets, fiscal controls, contracts, quality control provisions and value engineering.
– Oversee all aspects of the construction project, monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction department.
– Prepare project specifications, and coordinates procurement, as appropriate.
– Contracts, purchase design and construction orders, and approves contractor invoices for payment.
– Inspects, approves, and accept projects completion, ensuring conformance with the brand and company standards, building and life safety codes, and architectural/engineering specifications.
– Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
– Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope and budget.
– Negotiate with suppliers to get final prices during tendering stage.
– Delivering the Optimum finishing quality for our projects and meeting the deadlines.
Requirements:
– BA in Architecture or Interior Architecture or Civil Architecture
– Minimum 2 years in construction company or similar field
– Languages: English and Arabic
– Confident
– Computer Skills: AutoCAD software ( is a must ) , Photoshop or illustrator ( additional ) , Microsoft Office ,
Drawings and reading layouts in detail
Schedule:
Monday to Friday From: 9 AM To 5 PM
Salary:
10 Million LBP + NSSF + Medical Insurance + Bonuses + Fuel Allowances (100,000 LBP per day*22days)
