Our client a Shipping company in Beirut, is looking for a Customer Service & Operation:
Responsibilities:
- Follow up the shipment process
- Data entry and filing on the system
- Follow up all export and import shipments
- Coordinate with main suppliers to get all needed documents to finalize shipment
- Follow up with clients and shipping line and transporters
- Dealing with agents worldwide
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- 2 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent English
Work schedule:
5 days per week from 8 am till 4:30 pm
Salary :
LBP 5,000,000 + USD 200 + NSSF
