Our client, an ISP company located in Kinshasa/ RDC is looking for a Customer Service Manager:
Duties:
• Assist customers using the company’s products or services,
• Communicate courteously with customers by phone, email, mail and in person,
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, which may be complex or long-standing, escalated by customer service assistants,
• Handle customer complaints,
• Issue proposals for reimbursement or compensation to customers,
• Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients,
• Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service provided by the company,
• Produce written information for clients, often involving the use of software packages and software,
• Write reports and analyze the customer service provided by the company,
• Develop feedback or complaints procedures that customers can use,
• Improve the company’s or your department’s procedures, policies and customer service standards,
• Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service,
• Train staff to provide high quality customer service,
• Lead or supervise a team of customer service employees,
• Know perfectly the products or services of the company as well as their evolution or change,
• Stay ahead of the evolution of customer service by reading relevant journals, attending meetings and taking online courses.
Requirements:
Degrees in one of the following fields are desirable:
• Business studies,
• Consumer studies,
• Management studies,
• Marketing.
• Minimum of 4 years of previous customer service work experience.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM and on Saturdays from 8AM to 1PM
Salary:
Fresh USD 1000-2000 + Local Medical Insurance + One Plane Ticket + Housing Allowance + Car
