Job Description

Our client, an Automotive value chain located in Ashrafieh is looking for a Community Manager & CRM:

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Social Media and communication campaigns and strategies
  • Remarketing and retention campaign activations (Newsletters, Whatsapp etc.)
  • Preparing & broadcasting newsletter email marketing & Whatsapp Campaigns
  • Lead Management
  • Data funnel management
  • CRM software administrator
  • Customer touch points development (Social & Digital)
  • Reporting & analytics (Behaviors & Others)
  • Workflows Automation
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field
  • 2 To 5 years of experience
  • Field of Experience: Digital Platforms, e-mail marketing software, CRM software
  • Expertise in mailchimp or other 3d party email marketing platforms
  • Expertise in the CRM software (HubSpot or other software)
  • Ability to help figure out how to better integrate the CRM with other platforms
  • Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication to serve as the bridge between marketing and sales

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8h30 AM to 5PM

Salary:

Fresh USD 700 to 1000 + NSSF + Fuel per applicable laws
