Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new worldwide business opportunities, fostering client relationships, expanding our client base, and leveraging marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients and candidates worldwide. This role will also involve leveraging marketing expertise to create and disseminate engaging content across various platforms.

 

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, possess excellent networking capabilities and have a proven record in achieving sales targets in B2B.

 

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients within target industries and regions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their hiring requirements.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, utilizing a consultative sales approach to demonstrate the value of our recruitment and executive search services.

Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting our expertise, methodologies, and success stories.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and enhance our service offerings.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with the company’s talent acquisition strategies.

Networking and Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our professional network and promote brand visibility.

Client Feedback and Satisfaction: Proactively seek client feedback and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and effective problem resolution.

Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress against targets, and market insights for management review.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and legal regulations throughout the business development process.

 

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

-Proven record of success in business development, sales, or account management.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate confidently with multi-national senior executives and decision-makers.

-Results-driven and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

-Strong networking capabilities and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

-Strong understanding of social media platforms, marketing techniques, and content creation principles is an added value.

-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

-Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, social media management tools, and other relevant business development and marketing platforms.
