Main responsibilities will include Design and Consulting, Project Process Coordination, Integration & Commissioning and overall technical support. Activities will extend throughout the project life cycle; presales, design, implementation support and after sales.
– Providing instantaneous technical support to internal and external inquiries and requirements
– Assisting in Audit surveys and low-level Project data collection
– Generating professional drawings for all various design requirements
– Working on the generation of system solution design following direct coordination with the Applications Department
– Coordinating for detailed approval with the Applications Manager regarding all design material
– Working within the Applications Department to continuously define and improve a wide spectrum of processes utilized by application team
– Performing defined commissioning activities as requested
– Providing technical support for the Sales Team and requested pre sales services
– Providing technical support for installation teams to allow quicker problem solving and deliverables
– Conducting periodic technical presentations to the Applications Department and to other departments
– Responding to Project Initiation requests
– Communicating with the Sales Department to ensure sufficient project information is collected
– Liaising and coordinating with the Contracting Department to ensure smooth project design delivery
– Conducting technical presentations to consultants and clients when requested
– Performing site visits when needed, before, during and after project implementation, for complete coordination between the technical side and contracting teams
– Ensuring that contracting is performed as per design requirements and that the project is ready for commissioning at the end of contracting activity
– Booking required resources for Integration and commissioning activities
– Ensuring that all relevant Application forms are generated and delivered on time
– Assisting in system testing and handover activities
– Logging and archiving system parameterization once integration is completed
– Responding to After Sales Requests
– Logging and tracking service activities
– Booking required resources for after sales
– Ensuring quick response service time and client satisfaction
– Generating and archiving Service reports
– Daily and direct reporting to the Applications Manager
– Direct coordination with the Solution Architect during the solution design phase
– Conducting weekly meetings with other departments to ensure correct project flow and complete coordination
– Conducting meetings with clients and consultants when requested to acquire project data or communicate project status
– Involvement in the QMS of the Applications Department
– Ensuring Data confidentiality at all times
– Assisting in the archiving and data centralization process
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electro Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– Computer proficient
– Experience with AutoCad, Revit and Robot software
– Strong communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills
– Available to travel for short durations; project bases
– Positive attitude and readiness to abide by company policy and guidelines
– Energetic, resourceful, highly creative and self-motivated.
– Able to thrive in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment
